- Repaying your Help To Buy equity loan when you sell your home.
BCIS Reinstatement Cost
South East Surveyors Ltd can provide BCIS Reinstatement cost assessments (also known as a rebuild cost, building sum insured or fire reinstatement cost). This is essentially the amount it would cost to rebuild the property if it were totally destroyed (for example by fire). A Reinstatement Cost is often required by home insurers and it is very important the stated cost is accurate otherwise you may find yourself under-insured.
Please contact us if you require a quotation for a valuation or reinstatement cost assessment (also known as a rebuild cost, building sum insured or fire reinstatement).
How much does a Valuation cost?
Due to the complex and individual nature of properties in our local area, we cannot provide a standard price sheet. We ask Clients to provide us with the following basic information and will always review each property individually and provide a bespoke quotation depending on the property features:
· Full property address
· Agreed purchase price (or date and amount of latest valuation on the property if known)
· Details of the estate agent the property is being advertised with (if applicable).
Investing in a RICS valuation is an investment in your peace of mind. By choosing South East Surveyors, you can be confident that you are getting the best possible service and the most accurate, reliable valuation for your property.
